KYB 48 AOS
Kayaba 48 AOS closed cartridge fork, mounted on models
Beta RR Racing from 2020 to 2024 certainly doesn't need a presentation, it just needs a possible customization of the calibration to personalize it.
For those who want a more comfortable fork, we mount a modification (REVERSIBLE) that makes it more cushiony on HARDER routes.
Return needle available with a different profile to the original for a better adjustment range.
ZF 48 OC
For this Open Cartridge fork with asymmetric operation, in addition to customizing the calibration, we have fitted a kit for 2019-2023 versions composed of ERGAL compression valves with optimized fluid passage sections (+ Ø 6 hole calibration blades) and valve-closing supports cartridges with hydraulic adjustment system.
The application of these components allows the suspension's range of use to be expanded as well as a significant reduction in the weight of the unsprung masses.
MONO KYB - ZF
The ZF mono is fitted as standard in the STD versions.
Over the years, problems have occurred with the body, which with hours of use lost its treatment, polluting the oil and losing correct functioning when hot.
With a dedicated calibration you get good results, there are UP-GRADES to be made to optimize your operation.
- Compression adjuster: The valve group made entirely of ERGAL
optimizes compression control at high and low frequencies thanks to the increased fluid passage sections, the adjustment on the internal screw allows you to act on slow fluids, the adjustment on the external hexagon on fast fluids.
The extreme sensitivity in the response allows you to easily customize the suspension, adapting it to any type of track.
Further benefits offered by the double regulation valve:
- increase in motor skills ;
- better absorption of roughness ;
- increased progressivity and damping ;
-greater thermal stability (constant behavior even with significant temperature changes)
- BLADDER KIT , to transform the oil-gas separation system from a version with separator to a version with a deformable membrane.
Specially designed to reduce the friction generated by the seals on the moving separators, the system optimizes the smoothness of the shock absorber, transmitting greater sensitivity to the traction to the rider.
The final effect of the modification is especially appreciable in off-road Enduro use.
The KIT consists of:
- Membrane ( bladder ) in high density rubber (H-NBR compound);
- Gas cap made of anodized aluminum (RED-BLUE-BLACK)
-Stainless steel stop ring.
